We present to your attention DMX Splitter - 1 input 8 outputs for installation on DIN Rail VJLight SPD-8i with double galvanic isolation, as well as power and signal indicators. This splitter is designed to amplify the DMX signal and branch one incoming signal line into eight. This is a great installation solution for clubs, restaurants, private homes, apartments, and even renters. It has one three-contact DMX input and eight three-contact outputs with galvanic isolation of power and galvanic isolation of the DMX signal of each output. SPD-8i is made in a shockproof plastic case and is designed for installation directly in the electrical panel on the DIN Rail. The DMX Splitter is connected directly to the AC power grid 220V (85 ~ 264VAC 120-370VDC), but it is possible to supply it with a DC power voltage of 7-60 VDC. Each DMX input and output is powered from its own power source (galvanically isolated from other PS), DMX channels retransmit the signal through galvanic isolation, which in case of failure of lighting devices or DMX line malfunction ensures protection of devices connected to other signal control lines. Instead of optocouplers, a more advanced, high-speed (up to 1024 DMX channels at the output) and reliable method is used, which is free from such drawbacks of LEDs as their degradation during operation. VJLight SPD-8i has built-in protection against overvoltage, short circuit, etc. For convenience of installation, connection is made through removable terminals 15EDGKB-3.5-03P-14-00A(H) (included). After connecting the terminals to the contacts, the compartments are closed with lids, clamping the wires (it is possible to trim the lid lamellas to the required length) and closing access.
